    You may want to just post a brief review of the company, and if you were a current customer with problems, also be sure to post in the Dialup ISP Discussions or the Web Hosting Discussions forums.

    This thread should NOT become problem solving, strictly brief ratings & reviews please. Himerus (see previous paragraph)

    Also, keep in mind, that if you are posting a complaint, or problem you are having with blazedot, should that situation be resolved to your satisfaction at a later time, please come back and update your review with a new post to show that your situation was resolved.

    The billing service for BlazeDot is extremly poor! While creating my FIRST account there was a glitch and the page did not refresh. My only choice was to start over this only made problems worse.

    After attempting to logon, I contacted customer support. They verified the second account created and explained there was nothing they could do to remove the second account and gave me the number for Billing.

    Is there anyone working in billing or are there so many problems no one is ever available? The first time I called I was told to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Three hours later I called back and left another message.

    I understand to keep cost down there need to be cuts but you will never cut it by cutting service.
